First session for beginners

Book an obligation -free introductory workout to see how this physical activity fits you. The appointment can be booked online or via phone.  No need to stress, I won't rip you apart. I want you to have positive impact with this equipment rather than to turn you off for a lifetime.

The ultimate TRX experience

Every session is unique!

The exercises can be varied in endless ways which assures that workouts don't get repetitive and boring after a while. The workouts are time-based which means you work and rest for a certain amount of seconds. There is a nice lawn outside the building which we can utilise depending on the weather.  As you grow stronger I will gradually increase your workout's difficulty level. Don’t worry if you'll have sore muscles the next day, it means we both did a great job.

Who am I and how can I get you going?

As a client you are my primary focus. I prepare myself for every session and help you develop based on well-established workout plans. I am a certified trainer therefore my name is displayed on the official TRX USA site. All equipments I use are branded and come of the best quality, since your safety is a priority. I can advise you on different meal plans and send you a monthly report on how you progress. I am happy to pose for your selfies so you can share your success with others because your success is mine too.
