My name is Paula Szorfi, in short: Polly.

I am a TRX and functional trainer.

Native Hungarian with full English proficiency.

I finished my studies at R-med Academy, Hungary's only official TRX coaching school. I learnt from the best professionals and I strive to put the received knowledge into my workouts with the same care.

I don't just hold my classes. During your warm-up I assess what you are physically and mentally capable of doing thus I set the difficulty level of your workout accordingly. My classes are custom tailored and are based on official protocols.

 

I don't rely just on TRX. We use kettlebells, step benches, bars, discs, bands, fitness and stability balls, agility ladder, ankle weights, sliders and there is a 10kg weighted vest for the pros. 

If you plan on a long term I take your measurements in order to have a point of reference. From there on I will measure you again on a monthly basis and send it over in email with a small brief on how I see you are progressing.

 

Every time you come I will be there for you. I will be your motivation and set you achievable goals. I develop, shape and push you out of your comfort zone to make you believe you are a lot stronger than you think.
